Theatre Policies

Reserved Ticket Policy:
Reserved tickets that are not claimed 5 minutes prior to the performance will be released to the waiting list and walk up patrons . A waiting list will begin 30 mintues prior to the show if a performance is sold out.

Late Patron Policy:
If a patron is late for a performance, the staff will seat them in the most convenient place and time. If it is a sold out performance, PCTC reserves the right to resell tickets if the patron is 15 or more minutes late. The theatre will refund a prepaid ticket if it is resold. The theatre will not refund a ticket if PCTC is unble to resell the ticket.

Payment Policy:
Tickets purchased at the theatre can be paid with cash or check. Tickets can be purchased online thorugh Paypal.
